First, you are not alone. Incontinence is to say very often in women of all ages (in fact, recent studies have shown that between 20-25% of women under 30 years of incontinence episodes have regularly). If you have a leak, while laughing instead of a sudden, strong need to urinate, you probably have stress incontinence and urge incontinence.

Drugs are often useful for the treatment of incontinence. Most cases of urinary incontinence improved with exercises. In any case, you really need to discuss with your doctor. It is important to treat a simple problem to find a bladder infection too. I know it's embarrassing, but his parents want the best for you and your doctor has seen it all and it does not always strange for all.

As for what could be done in the short term we think the pads www.aimedicalsupplies.com check-out.

But in reality, the promise that you ask your doctor!

I would try, her mother cares for this subject and want to see your doctor to say that in the simple and nothing to worry about too much, that I know how to say it must be embarrassing for your parents, if you do not

I remember the doctors to keep everything strictly private, including your parents say about all
